Pahrump Bus

In the last bit of sunlight on a late afternoon during a trip back from California in April of 2011 I caught sight of this bus as I turned onto State Hwy 160.

The fading light was incandescent on the worn skin of the old beast. I just had to get a couple of shots.

Plymouth Ranch

When I drive through towns, if I have time, I wander off into neighborhoods.

I am very hesitant about taking pictures of people's yards, but I just could not resist getting a shot of these old boats slowly taking on tumbleweeds.
